Important Note (for feeder bag)

We always ensure all our  bag that we send to our customers are in good condition (not damaged) and properly packed in a parcel before we ship them out. There may be occasions, due to the mishandling by courier company/shipper, causing the bag to be damaged when they reach our customers. Unfortunately, in such cases we will not be able to replace or compensate the damaged bag as the damage is caused by the courier company/shipper, which is beyond our control. We appreciate your kind understanding on this matter.
